Applikationshinweise: Approved: IF, IHC (1:100 - 1:300), WB (1:100 - 1:250)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:100-1:250. Immunohistochemistry: 1:100-1:300 in PBS/0.03 % Triton X-100 - Bn/Av-HRP Technique. Control Tissue: The antiserum demonstrates positive labeling of rat cortex and hippocampus. Perfusion Fixation: Fixative-4 % paraformaldehyde in 0.1 M Phosphate buffer,  pH 7.4, 500 mL over approximately 20 minutes. Post Fixation: 4 % paraformaldehyde in 0.1 M Phosphate buffer,  pH 7.4, 500 mL over approximately 20 minutes. Post Fixation -1.5 hour at 4? C. in 4 % paraformaldehyde in 0.1 M phosphate buffer,  pH 7.4. Note: Paraformaldehyde is a necessary component in fixation of serotonin. If needed, low levels of glutaraldehyde (0.10.3 %) may be used in conjunction with paraformaldehyde. Sections: 50um vibratome. Absorption control: Synthetic rat 5HT 5A receptor. Incubation on Tissue: 16-24 hours at 4?C.
